The Full Parenting Plan Package includes:

• Up to 4 hours of co-parent mediation.

• The opportunity to discuss and find agreement on all non-financial parenting plan content areas, including: Legal custody, regular parenting time, a holiday schedule, and more.

• The drafting of a formal Parenting Plan that can be signed and filed with the Court.

• The option to add additional mediation sessions if needed at the rate of $200 per hour.

The Basic Modification Package includes:

• Up to 2 hours of co-parent mediation

• The opportunity to discuss, problem-solve, and find new agreement on the portion of your current plan that is no longer working. 

• The drafting of a formal Parenting Plan Modification that can be signed and filed with the Court.

• The option to add additional mediation sessions if needed at the rate of $200 per hour.

Co-parent Mediation Sessions includes:

• Initial individual check-ins with each party. 

• A safe and structured environment, with options to meet in person or remotely.

• The opportunity to address any and all co-parenting issues as they come up, with a focus on collaborative, child-centered solutions. 

• The option to meet only once for an urgent matter, or regularly for your monthly or quarterly co-parent conferences.
